2018 SVPA Arts Symposium: Multi-Sensory Learning and Literacy

Types of Presentations

Themed  panels

Themed panels are grouped by general topics into sessions comprised of three presentations. Each presenter in the session makes a formal 15-minute presentation of their work; Q&A and group discussion follow after everyone has presented. Session Moderators introduce the speakers, keep time on the presentations, and facilitate the discussion.

Group Presentations

Group presentation sessions are organized by a group of colleagues who wish to present various dimensions of a project or perspectives on an issue. Three to four short formal presentations are followed by commentary and/or group discussion. Group identified submission should be focused on one topic, i.e. Visual Literacy. If you are submitting a Group Presentation, your attached proposal must contain the contact information for each member of the group, including name, address, email and phone contacts.
