Graduate School Application for the Department of Chemistry
Online Application

The following information may be useful when completing the Application form:

College Code = ARS
Degree Code = MS for Masters or PhD for Doctoral
Major Code = CHEM

***If applying to the MS-non thesis program, please indicate this in your Statement of Purpose.

Along with the on-line application, please mail the following items to:

Graduate Admissions Committee
Department of Chemistry MS 602
The University of Toledo, 2801 W. Bancroft St.,
Toledo, OH 43606-3390 USA:

-statement of purpose

-three letters of recommendation
Recommendation letters do not need to be put on the graduate school form when mailed directly to the department.

-copy of all transcripts-(undergraduate and graduate)

-GRE

-TOEFL, if English is not your native language


Material should be submitted before October 1, 2009 to be considered for Spring 2010, and February 1, 2010 to be considered for admission for Fall 2010. Applications will still be considered after these dates and additional offers will be made if positions are available. All applicants are eligible for an assistantship opportunity.
