The Minnie and Shakee Lacey Memorial Fund Award
The Department of Communication faculty award one or more stipends of varying amounts each year. The award is open to journalism students including news editorial, broadcasting, public relations and photojournalism sequences. The awards are made on the basis of "need and worth." This award is limited to returning students. Involvement in extra-curricular activities and community service enhance candidates' applications.
