The Interdisciplinary Minor in Disability Studies

Advising

Students who intend to pursue a minor in Disability Studies must work with the advisor to shape a cohesive yet multifaceted program of study to suit individual interests and career goals.  Minors will be exposed to interdisciplinary knowledge, methodologies, and practices, as well as those originating from specific disciplines.

  • Have a program of study for the minor approved in advance by the advisor for the Disability Studies Program, and
  • Have all the coursework which is completed for the minor verified by the advisor in the Disability Studies Program.
