WILLIAM J. DOLL is a Professor of MIS and Strategic Management at the University of Toledo. He has published extensively on information system and manufacturing issues in academic and professional journals including Management Science, Journal of Management Information Systems, Communications of the ACM, MIS Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Operations Management, and Information Systems Research.
