How to Update Your Profile - Organization/Company and Individual

Organization/Company - All the companies that attend the Fete will have an organization/company profile in Memberclicks that students can access to do background research.  Details on how to edit your profile in the Member Center are sent in your registration notice.  Click here to see a sample organization profile.

Open Networking

  • More focused on recruiting
  • The students will be looking for opportunities to initiate conversations or join existing ones.  Students know in advance which companies and alumni will be coming and have been encouraged to do background research.  

 

Coming-of-Age Coaching

  • The coming-of-age coaching is based on feedback from our Advisory Board of ESSPS Corporate Partners, alumni, and students that students are in need of coaching that supports their personal goals so they can be better present in their professional endeavors and better understand and appreciate the benefits provided by employers.
  • Students signup online prior to event to create a coaching schedule on various coming-of-age topics and meet with multiple companies and alumni at the same time
    • Cultivating a Healthy Mind
    • Exploring Home Ownership
    • Living on a Budget
    • Making Friends in a New Geography
    • Planning for Retirement
  • Watch this video for help on how to organically talk about your company while coaching
  • Companies are encouraged to bring 2 people so they can coach more groups of students

 

Refreshment

  • Heavy grazing will be provided onsite and via a food delivery e-allowance depending on the modality of the guest 
  • Online students and companies who register by the deadline can expect to receive their food delivery e-allowance email from Grubhub on 3/15 (T)

 

Directions and Parking

  • Main campus map and driving directions
  • Park in lot 10.  This lot is the closest to the Student Union Auditorium and will not be ticketed for permits from 5-9pm on the evening of Fete.  Please be sure to use only this lot as using other lots will result in a ticket.  Please see our Event Parking page for further details.
