Selina A. Griswold has been a business professor at The University of Toledo for over 25 years.  Professor Griswold has authored three diversity textbooks: Managing Workplace Diversity, Workplace Diversity: A Training Guide for Individuals & Organizations & Managing Diversity in the Workplace: A Practical Approach that are utilized in collegiate classes in the United States.

Professor Griswold received the honorable distinction of University of Toledo Outstanding Teacher Award in 2012. She is the first faculty member in the College of Business and Innovation to receive the college’s Diversity Award in 2012 for outstanding diversity research and service. Professor Griswold has been voted Who's Who Among America's Teachers for many years, was selected as an Outstanding University of Toledo Woman of the Year and Outstanding University of Toledo Minority Alumni along with other community awards.

Professor Griswold continues her research in the fields of diversity management and organizational behavior as well she provides her expertise through consulting and diversity training to local and regional organizations.
