Former UT Professor Dr. John Monoky now owns consulting company

Dr. John Monoky, who taught at The University of Toledo College of Business and Innovation, is now the principal of Monoky Associates, a sales leadership development organization. He has helped his clients to better understand the strategic role of sales in today’s competitive market.

Monoky obtained his BBA from UT, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Monoky has served on the academic faculties of the University of Michigan and the University of Toledo, and his primary focus for the past 30 years has been executive development.

Monoky is the Past Director of the Center for Sales Leadership at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He has developed and has delivered executive education programs at several prestigious institutions, including  the Ross School, University of Michigan, Queen’s University, University of British Columbia, Purdue University, Leading Concepts in Dubai, and other locations.

His professional experience covers a wide range of industry, including automotive, computers, energy, financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals and others.
