Institutional Health Care Supervision

Institutional Health Care Supervision is an interdisciplinary and intercollegiate program that introduces health technology professionals to managerial concepts and related skills. The program focuses on dealing with individual, small group and intergroup behavior within hospitals or specialized health care institutions. Students who have earned an Associate's degree in an allied health field and who have at least one year of work experience in the health care field are eligible to enter this program.

A special program of study is one with a more formal curriculum than an individualized program. It is located in University College either because it is composed of course work from several colleges or is addressed to a special type of student. Printed information describing each program in further detail may be obtained from University College.
