    Sherry Andrews
    Director

    Sherry is the administrative director of the Center for Creative Instruction.  She manages the day to day activities and is responsible for the staff, budget, and all other resources for the Center.  She oversees the management of the center including the divisions of Software Engineering, Web Development, Medical and Digital Illustration, and Technology Development. Sherry's technical background over the years has included programming, systems analysis and design, and project management.

    Jamie Carothers
    Software Engineer

    Dan is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.F.A in Digital Arts, with a primary focus in 3D animation. In addition to the 3D work, he also contributes to various other multimedia projects.

    Jamie is a software engineer with experience in multimedia, database management, and software development.

    Brock Clagg
    Graphic Designer/Multimedia Specialist
    Sharon Dietrich
    Web Project Specialist

    Brock is responsible for creating the interface designs for various CD-ROM projects by applying his design abilities and creativity with the continuing support of other CCI team members. He is also responsible for graphic design, page layout, and webpage updating. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.

    Sharon Dietrich Sharon is a member of the Web Development team who supports the ongoing efforts to maintain The University of Toledo's web presence.

    Eric Eitniear

    Medical Illustrator

    Eric is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and a secondary focus in Printmaking. He also has an Associates of Applied Business in Computer Programming from Northwest State Community College. Eric is responsible for designing the visual look and feel, graphics, navigation, layout, and styles of Web sites, Web-based applications, and other multimedia applications.  


    Tonya graduated from the University of Michigan with a M.F.A. in BioMedical Visualization to go along with a B.F.A. in computer art from BGSU. She creates a wide variety of media for CCI including graphic and traditional medical and surgical illustrations, graphic designs, interface designs, multimedia and web-based projects.

    Laura Goodwin
    Secretary
    Chris Mercadante
    Multimedia Specialist

    As a Digital Media Specialist, Chris is responsible for knowing all aspects of communication. By having knowledge of multimedia, graphic design, digital video, audio, QTVR, 3D graphics, animation, web and interactive design, he uses these tools to help make the learning process interesting and more exciting.

    As a project manager, Lisa is responsible for coordinating and supervising the development of multimedia projects. Currently, she spends the majority of her time managing the Anatomy & Physiology Revealed project.

    Tony Repka
    Software Engineer
    Ted Ronau
    Manager Technology Development

     
    On a part-time basis, Tony provides support for the department's server applications and investigates software issues as needed.

    Ted applies his networking, MAC, PC, mini-computer and Internet experience to the support of the Sun, MAC, and Wintel computers and networks in the Center for Creative Instruction. Another area of responsibility for Ted is researching new computer and software technology. "The Internet has made computing a bold, challenging and exciting new world. My job is to meet that challenge."

    Roy Schneider
    Manager Medical Illustration
    Sue Shible
    Web Development Coordinator

    Roy has an M.S. in Medical and Biological Illustration. He is a visual communicator of medical and scientific information. He is responsible for creating a variety of diagrams and illustrations concerning human anatomy and surgical procedures. His drawings are done in both traditional and digital media and then used in presentations as slides, published in journals or books, or used in multimedia programs.

    Sue is a graduate of Owens Community College with an Associates of Applied Business in Computer Programming. She coordinates and supports web development projects, primarily serving as project manager for various portal initiatives.  Sue has extensive experience with systems analysis and design, quality assurance, and project management.

    Brian Szabo
    Software Engineer
    Bobbi Vaughan
    Manager Software Engineering

    Brian is a software engineer with experience in software development and database management. He also serves as the network administrator for CCI's internal Windows NT servers. Currently Brian divides his time between programming in Java and C++ and researching and developing for the Palm Pilot platform.

    Bobbi Vaughan is a software engineer with extensive experience in software development, image processing and analysis, web development and project management. She supervises a team of software engineers in the Center for Creative Instruction. Currently, Bobbi spends a majority of her time learning and programming Java applications for the Academic Intranet.

    Kathleen Walsh
    Director/Web Development
     

    Kathleen is a graduate of Lourdes College with extensive experience in Web strategy and marketing, communications and Web development. Her previous employment includes work in corporate and non-profit marketing and Web development.
