What does Approving mean?
Approval is needed in order for the changes you've made to appear on your live website. ALL site pages, as well as images and document files, must be approved before they are Deployed (published) online. All pages that have been approved during the day will be deployed at midnight that night. You will see the changes on the live site the next day.
Before Approving
- Before you approve your files, make sure they are all Checked In.
- If a file is still Checked Out, your username and a lock icon will appear next to the file.

- Click on your username.
- A dialog-box will appear.

- Click OK. Your name and the lock icon will disappear and the file will be Checked In.
