Preparing an Image

• Most images (especially those from digital cameras or scanned in) need to be prepped before they are ready for web display.
• In order to do these preparations a photo editor is required. Below are directions for preparing the image using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Paint.

Inserting an Image

Before you insert an image into your page, your images must be Uploaded to the Images folder. Learn how to Upload

• Put your cursor in the row that you want your image to appear next to.

• Click the Image button.
  
  
  
  
• Find your department's Image folder
• Click the checkbox next to the Image
  

• Set the Cell Padding
• Cell Padding controls the spacing between the image and the surrounding text.
• Set the Alignment
• Click OK. The image will be inserted into the page.
