"Techno-Bits" sessions are brief, informal presentations aimed to provide instructors with a useful technology skill or insight that can be quickly learned and used to enhance their classroom teaching. Techno-Bits sessions cover a single topic, and last only 30-45 minutes. All Techno-Bits sessions provide written handouts, instructions, and resource articles.
Techno-Bits sessions are held in the CTL/Writing Center Conference Room, CL 1005A, starting at 3 PM on Wednesdays and 2 PM Fridays (fall semester schedule) or 3 PM on Thursdays and 2 PM Fridays, no reservations are needed. Many sessions feature "hands-on" demonstrations of the technology.
