As a member of the Center for International Studies & Programs, we are dedicated to providing excellence in service to international student and scholars, the University, and surrounding community.

Mission

The mission of the Office of International Student & Scholar Services is to support students, scholars, faculty, and staff with international education, immigration implications, orientation, programming and exchange; to enhance the local, domestic, and international community with opportunities to expand cultural understanding, global citizenship, and human relations. 

Vision

The Office of International Student & Scholar Services will contribute to the cultivation of a culturally competent student body and campus; to assure graduates of The University of Toledo are prepared for a multicultural and multinational workforce and global society.
