Comp Ticket Policy - 2010-2012 Season

Complimentary tickets are available to UT Theatre & Film Department majors and to members of a production's cast and crew. Read below for more information about how to obtain your comp ticket.

THEATRE & FILM MAJORS

• You get 1 comp ticket to each production
• Can be used any date of a show EXCEPT Friday & Saturday
• Your Rocket # is your promo code (you will need this number to get your ticket for free)
• Can be ordered online, by phone or at the Box Office
• When ordering online, please note:
  • You will have to create a username and password if this is the first time you ordered a ticket online from us
  • Your Rocket# is your promotional code (must be entered for your ticket to be free)
  • Make sure your Rocket # is entered with the R at the beginning - like this R00000000, otherwise it won't work. Upper or lowercase "r" doesn't matter.
  • Discount will apply to only 1 ticket for you per production. Once it is used it is no longer valid for that production.
  • You can purchase other tickets at the same time you use your discount. The discount will just apply to one ticket in the order.
  • If you are not a Theatre or Film major, your Rocket# will not work.

CAST & CREW MEMBERS/DESIGNERS

• You get 2 comps for the show you are working on
• Your comps can be used for any performance of your show for which there are still tickets available
• You must get your tickets yourself at the Box Office
• You need to sign for them
• You can set tickets aside for family or friends at will call
• You can give family & friends your tickets directly

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL COMPS

Get your comps right away! All comps can be processed at the Box Office window prior to the day of opening night. See Box Office schedule for times/dates. Once the run begins, you cannot get your tickets at the Box Office. Period.

ABOUT WILL CALL

When ordering your comps at the Box Office, you can take your tickets with you or tell the attendant that you would like to pick them up just before the performance at the Will Call table in the lobby. You can also designate someone other than yourself to pick up the tickets at Will Call.
