My Film Degree

The University of Toledo offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Video as well as two minors programs, the Film/Video Minor and the Cinema Studies Minor. The BA in Film/Video is offered through the Department of Theatre and Film, which is housed in the College of Visual and Performing Arts. As a student in the UT Department of Theatre and Film you will also have many opportunities to hone your craft outside the classroom. Through internships, assistantships, faculty mentorships, collaborations with other programs, competitions, film festivals, and opportunities to study abroad, Film/Video students are offered a rich array of experience. Students will also have the opportunity to attend conferences and workshops, as well as benefit from guest artist presentations and similar events.
