TurningPoint 8.5 (without the Sync Integration):
- See all Responses for Short Answer/Numeric Response – Provides presenters the ability to view all responses for short answer and numeric responses instead of the top 6 responses.
- Updated WordCloud – Updated WordCloud to be its own question type instead of needing to ask a short answer question first. Existing WordCloud slides will still work properly.
- Results Slide – Instructors can now choose to show the results from a specific polling question later in their presentation and show results again at a later time.
- Updated Charts – Updated charts to increase stability and improve overall performance for presentations.
- Participant Subscription Notice - Presenters can now know exactly when participant subscriptions will expire. This will allow them to contact them from the software to have them renew their subscription to continue receiving credit.
- Export Session Update – Passwords are now optional when exporting a session through the software to make it easier for instructors to share session data with TAs and other Instructors.
With the Sync integration, in addition to all of the above, the following will be available:
- Save and Upload – Provides users the ability to save and upload results to LMS directly when saving their session. This applies to PowerPoint Polling and Anywhere Polling.
- Automatic Grade Upload – Provides users the ability to automatically upload results of newly registered participants on sessions that have been previously uploaded. This can be turned on and off in your software preferences.
