Joe donated his time on May, 2011 to re-calibrate their ultrasound
therapy machine at the Huntington Center,  Downtown Toledo.

In a letter from David Burton, wrote, "Your professional consideration and
demeanor while servicing our issues was exemplary of a department mission,
which obviously includes customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and a
job well done."
