Employee Recognition

Service Awards are presented to eligible employees who have worked at the University 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years. These employees are recognized with service pins and awards during a ceremony in the spring.

Outstanding Staff Awards honor and recognize UT employees who have a significant impact on the University through outstanding dedication and accomplishments; contributing to and demonstrating a commitment to the University's core purpose and values; and exceptional leadership and loyalty to the University.
