    PCN 994691 ~ Secretary 1, Bioengineering:

    The College of Engineering seeks to fill a part-time, 20 hours per week, Secretary 1 position. The current hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. but may change due to operational need.  This position is responsible for performing administrative work for E-CORE Co-Directors and will interact with faculty, staff and students as well as assist the Co-Director, Vijay K. Goel in all administrative aspects needed.

    The successful applicant must possess one year of secretarial experience, typing of 50 WPM and computer experience, excellent customer service skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.  The position requires a successful score on the typing and Secretary 1 civil service tests for those not already in the classification. Preferred qualifications include: the ability to work independently and balance and prioritize multiple tasks; working knowledge of MS Outlook, Access and Excel; able to organize and schedule meetings, and maintain calendars. This is a CWA part-time, grant-funded position.  Grade 26.
