    Anonymous Reporting
If you wish to report a crime or incident anonymously, you may do so utilizing this form. Please provide as much information as possible in order to assist University Police in addressing your concerns.

NOTE: If you would like to report a suspicious person or circumstance that is happening RIGHT NOW, and requires an immediate police/emergency response, please contact the UT Police dispatcher at 419.530.2600. If you live off-campus, dial 9-1-1.

Anonymous e-mails are reviewed every morning, not necessarily the moment they come in. If you need an immediate police response, or if you need to file an official police report, please contact us via telephone at 419.530.2600.

If you live off campus, please call your local police agency or dial 9-1-1.
