The University of Toledo Health Science Campus has a new multi-function device agreement with IKON Office Solutions. The new contract is inclusive of supplies (staples, paper, and toner), replacement parts and service. For service or supply needs, please call x5015.
The new multi-function devices will replace all existing equipment and will look very similar to what is in operation today, however the machines will have enhanced capabilities. All new devices will come standard with the ability to fax, scan, print, copy and all will have post script cards. In addition to the replacement of existing black and white MFD’s, The University has leased six color devices which will be strategically located in the following buildings: Mulford Library, Health Education, Dowling Hall, and Glendale Medical Center.
When the new devices are deployed there should not be any interruption of service, as the old device will not be removed until the new device is installed and working. To utilize a device's print capability, you will be asked to provides access to your computer (to load new print driver) and to provide your unique copy code to the IKON employees.
