Standard Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 8:15 am to 4:45 pm* 

Rocket Wireless Cellular Services

has extended hours on Tuesday and Wednesday until 5:45 pm*  

If you are a  permanent part or full time employee and need to make an appointment please send us an email at rocketwireless@utoledo.edu with your request and we will work to accommodate your need.

*Doors are locked at posted times to accommodate visitors already in the lobby and checked in for service.You may visit the office any time during these hours and usually there is not a significant wait time. However, during peak periods such as the first two weeks of a semester, there can be wait times of up to one hour or more due to the high volume.
