Due to the Holiday 2009 schedule we will deduct employee December 2009 cellular charges from the payroll of January 29, 2010 instead of the second payroll on January 15, 2010. Due to the timing of the Christmas and New Year holidays this year we will change the normal payroll deduction from the second pay of January 15, 2010 to the third pay in January on January 29, 2010. We will resume normal deductions in February with the second pay falling on February 26, 2010.

We must adhere to the guidelines that our UT Payroll department follows for processing deductions. This means there are deadlines for requesting any adjustment to your cellular phone monthly billing.

We must submit any changes by the follow deadlines. Requests received after these dates cannot be accepted. It is your responsibility to carefully review your Rocket Wireless statements in time to meet these deadlines. If you are not receiving your statements you should stop in the office in RH 1917 for a re-printed copy and to verify your address for mailing purposes.
