Surplus Redistribution is responsible for effectively redistributing or selling University owned equipment.  We are open weekday hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm daily. (No appointment needed). **Closed Wednesday**

Equipment Disposal Procedure

Current University Policy states that only the Principal Administrative Officer can authorize the disposal of a university asset.  Principal Administrative Officer includes dean, director, department chair, associate vice president, vice president, president, and business manager. 

Please complete the Equipment Redistribution Form to dispose of an asset.   Then submit a move request at the link below to have equipment moved to Surplus Redistribution.  https://www.svlonline.com/scripts/rgw.dll/uotide
