The University of Toledo Libraries’ collection includes books, journals, and other types of resources that are evaluated by librarians, faculty and professionals in their respective fields. The UT Library subscribes to numerous research databases, electronic journals, and electronic books (E-books). Because of this, the Libraries provide quality information that you can trust.
Where you start your search for information depends upon what you need (and, of course, what your professor wants you to use!) Books can provide background information and more in-depth analysis of complex topics. Journal articles are sources of research and current ideas on a particular topic.
If you need help determining what sort of information you need for an assignment, contact your professor.
