If your internet provider is Earthlink, there has been a recent technical issue concerning the Blackboard Quiz Tool and the pop-up window. In order to properly use the Blackboard Quiz Tool, you must turn off the Earthlink pop-up blocker, which when enabled is used to stop virtually all annoying pop-up windows when you browse the internet.
