Judy Lambert, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the Judith Herb College of Education. As a former classroom teacher and technology coordinator, she taught the NC Computer Curriculum to students and provided a variety of professional development opportunities for K-12 teachers at the local, district, and university levels. Dr. Lambert's research examines cognitive factors associated with integrating technology in educational settings. She has publications in several major Educational Technology journals including Journal of Technology and Teacher Education and Computers in the Schools and has presented at numerous international conferences in the field including Society for Information Technology in Teacher Education (SITE) and the World Conference on Educational Multimedia, Hypermedia & Telecommunications (Ed-Media).  Dr. Lambert continues to offer professional development in technology and STEM integration to local area schools.
