Ms. O'Neil is a Lecturer at The University of Toledo, Department of Early Childhood, Higher Education and Special Education. Ms. O'Neil works with undergraduate students who are working towards obtaining a teaching license to work with children from pre-school through third grade. Prior to her appointment at the University of Toledo she was a kindergarten teacher, curriculum director and an elementary school principal. She has earned an Education Specialist degree. Her research focus is early-childhood urban education.
