The Ohio Department of Education (ODE) will provide the policies and guidelines that will support the transition from a direct service delivery model to a consultative approach to Itinerant ECSE service delivery. Policy will be based on the ODE policy for the provision of Itinerant Services for the State of Ohio. Support for the transition from a direct service delivery model to a consultative approach will be facilitated by the Project DIRECT Team in conjunction with the Project DIRECT advisory board.
