    Dr. Laurie Dinnebeil is Professor of Unified Early Childhood Education and Chair of the Department of Early Childhood, Physical, and Special Education. She has taught a range of undergraduate and graduate courses related to early childhood education and early childhood special education. In addition to her teaching and administrative responsibilities, Dr. Dinnebeil is also very active in the field of early childhood special education at the local, state, and national levels. She has authored a number of successful personnel preparation and model demonstration grant proposals with her colleagues Bill McInerney and Lyn Hale. She presents regularly at national conferences and has authored numerous publications. Dr. Dinnebeil has been active in the Division of Early Childhood of the Council for Exceptional Children, serving as its President in 2003-04. She is a 2001 Mid-Career Fellow for Zero to Three.
