Our family is honoring Claudette not only for being a devoted wife and mother, but also for assisting thousands of students over the many years working in Gillham Hall. Many students would wait in line until she could wait on them instead of seeing another staff member and being on their way. Claudette treated the students like her own and because many students were away from home they obviously appreciated the caring and friendly way about her. No matter how hectic the day was, Claudette always had one more smile for the next student. Since then, she has been blessed with grandchildren that now have smiles for her.
