Cindy Richard graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood and a Master's degree in Early Childhood. She has been teaching at the University of Toledo in the Early Childhood, Special and Physical Education Department since 2001 on a part-time basis. Mrs. Richard began teaching full-time as a Visiting Assistant Professor in Fall 2007. She taught 8 years of kindergarten, 3rd and 5th grade. Mrs. Richard also taught 8 years of integrated preschool which included children with special needs, typically developing children and children at risk.
