Mrs. Stanfield is a Lecturer at The University of Toledo, Department of Early Childhood, Physical and Special Education. Mrs. Stanfield works with undergraduate students who are working towards obtaining a teaching license to work with children from pre-school through third grade. Prior to her appointment at the University of Toledo she was a kindergarten teacher, curriculum director and an elementary school principal. She is currently working toward completing a Ph.D. Her research focus is early childhood urban education.
