Christine Fox, PhD is a Professor of Educational Research and Measurement. Dr. Fox is mainly known for her leading co-authored textbook on constructing measures with the Rasch model. In addition to publishing in scholarly journals and presenting at numerous international conferences, she uses her methodological skills on both small community projects and large-scale academic and corporate projects.
