Master's Program in Higher Education: Track 1
2013 On-Campus Master's Track (see presentation on the program)
Admission Requirements:
Admission of students to the 2013 On-Campus Masters' Program is based on the following criteria:
- A completed Graduate School admissions form.
- A baccalaureate degree granted by an accredited institution, with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
- Official transcripts from all previous higher education institutions attended.
- A statement of purpose indicating a commitment to pursuing a career in the field of higher education.
- Two letters of reference, including at least one from a faculty member who can speak to your ability to conduct research and to write at the graduate level.
- A current resume or curriculum vitae.
- The applicant will be responsible for assembling these materials and submitting them to the College of Graduate Studies. Please use their electronic admissions form, which can be found at at: http://gradschool.utoledo.edu/pages/applyonline_campus.asp
Admissions Deadline:
Admission to the 2013 On-Campus Masters' Program is on a rolling basis through August 16th, 2013. However, applicants interested in participating in the Graduate Assistantship Fair for academic 2013-2014 (which will be held on April 12, 2013) should plan on submitting applications no later than April 10, 2013, in order to allow for sufficient time for their applications to be processed. Twenty applicants will be selected to be members of the 2013 On-Campus Master's Track.

- *We strongly recommend that a master’s student completes at least 1 Internship during her/his program of study.
- The Higher Education Program reserves the right to change the sequence of classes based on demand and national standard guidelines.
- All classes listed above, with the exception of the Internship, which is a variable 1-3 credit-hour seminar, are 3 credit-hour classes.
- The course schedule is presently being approved.
