Many questions about our DPT Program can be answered quickly by taking a few moments to review this website thoroughly.  To help you secure additional  information in the most efficient manner possible, please follow the guidelines below.

If you are a UT Pre-Physical Therapy undergraduate student, contact 419.530.5360.

If you are currently an undergraduate student at another university and are interested in transferring to UT to complete your undergraduate degree, contact the Admissions Office at 419.530.8888. 

If you have questions about the application process and admission to the College of Graduate Studies for the DPT program, contact the College of Graduate Studies at 419.383.4116.
