Mr. Kujawa earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin and a M.B.A. with concentration in health care management from the University
of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. He is licensed as a physical therapist by the State of
Ohio, and is Board Certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American
Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
His teaching responsibilities include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy,
physical agents, health care policy, and practice management. His clinical interests
include head, neck and jaw pain and dysfunction, and general spinal disorders.
Mr. Kujawa is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Orthopaedic,
and Health Policy and Administration sections of the APTA, the Ohio Physical Therapy
Association, the American Headache Society, and the Ohio Headache Association.
In addition to his teaching appointment, Mr. Kujawa is the Judith Herb College of
Education, Health Science and Human Service Director of Clinical Affairs and the Director
of the Academy of Professional Development. He also maintains an active clinical practice
specializing in head, neck and jaw pain and dysfunction in the Department of Rehabilitation
Services at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
