Meet Our Board

Neema M. Bell is a partner with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, with an emphasis in federal statutory litigation, media law and commercial litigation. She is also an acting judge for the Maumee Municipal Court. Ms. Bell graduated with a juris doctorate from The University of Toledo and received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech/rhetoric and communications from Bowling Green State University.
