Annual Reports
Guidelines
- Form is now a part of the re-registration process.
- All student organizations MUST submit an annual report as part of the re-registration process for the next academic year. This form is currently embedded in the Invonet Reregistration application. No separate form is needed.
- Students should answer questions on the annual report to the best of their ability.
- *Note: Social fraternities and sororities will be completing Standards of Excellence as their annual report process. For more information, contact greeklife@utoledo.edu.
Instructions
The purpose of the annual report is to serve as an overview and recap for the academic year and use as preparation for the next academic year. The annual report includes:
- Organization’s activities
- Funding utilization (if receiving a University budget)
- Reporting events, programs, and other work completed by organization
- Answer all questions honestly and completely. Some research may be required, so give yourself an appropriate amount of time. If you cannot find your previous year's Annual Report for reference, stop by OSIL in the Student Union room 1532.
- Please type (a handwritten document will not be accepted). It is critical that the information is legible.
- Submit the form electronically in the Involvement Network.
