Undergraduate and Audit Hours
- The College of Graduate Studies budget allocation will not pay for courses taken at the undergraduate level or for courses taken as audit.
- Departments that require specific undergraduate courses as remedial work must provide an approved plan of study for each student, listing the required courses, before the student begins the degree program, attach a memo explaining the need for those courses and have the plan approved by the graduate dean prior to enrolling students in any undergraduate courses.
Hours Enrolled over 12
- Students (graduate programs other than MBA) can enroll up to 15 credits hours and only be charged for 12 credit hours. Additional hours over 15 will be charged at the current single credit hour rate per hour.
Hours Enrolled under 12
- Students enrolled for less than 12 hours will not be reimbursed for the Recreation Center or any other fees incurred due to less-than-full-time enrollment.
