Report of actions considered by the Graduate Council Curriculum Committee during the 2008-2009 academic year.

PLEASE NOTICE

To submit materials for consideration, please fill out the electronic forms at the Office of the Provost . Recently, originators have gained access to editing these forms after submission up to time that the originating college signs them.

Log in with your UTAD username and password.
You may have to include UTAD\ before your username. If you cannot login, go back to the Curriculum Tracking page, print out the forms you need, and fill them out by hand. Attach any additional information (i.e. syllabus), route for the usual signatures, and send them to Terri Hayes in the College of Graduate Studies (mail stop 933).

• Any faculty member with a UTAD account may submit an electronic form. We request that documents be submitted after departmental approval.
• There are provisions for attaching supportive material such as syllabi, letters of endorsement, etc.
• Electronic submission will trigger an e-mail notification to the chairs of the originating college curriculum committee and the Graduate Council Curiculum Committee.
• ONE paper copy of the form signed by the Department Curriculum Authority and the Department Chair is still required for College and University records.
  Process the paper form as instructed in your college, insuring that graduate forms ultimately reach Terri Hayes in the Graduate College at mail stop 933.

Thursday 09:45-10:45 in the same week as Council, in CL-1005A.

Material will be accepted anytime, but may take longer to process in the summer.
