To submit materials for consideration, locate the fillable electronic forms at the Office of the Provost . Complete the form, print, and process as instructed obtaining all required signatures and send to Terri Hayes in College of Graduate Studies (mail stop 933). Please be sure to attach additional information as necessary, i.e. (syllabus). Material will be accepted anytime, but may take longer to process in the summer. |
