| **IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE**
- Web grading for Spring 2011 is now available for all parts of the term. Grades are due by 11:59pm on May 10, 2011. - To view detailed information about grading, please click here - To download the 2-page user guide, please click here - IMPORTANT: A common but very important question is asked each term. How do I grade a student who NEVER ATTENDED my course? If a grade of "W" does not appear, take the following 3 steps. Enter a grade of "F", enter the first day of the current term (01/10/2011) in the Last Attend Date, and enter a 0 (zero) in the Attend Hours field. - REMINDER: Students can view their grades online after grades are rolled from the Final Grade Worksheet to Academic History by the Registrar's Office. This allows students to view their grades online but prevents instructors from making changes online. ** In most cases, grades will be rolled Monday through Friday throughout the grading window. To change a grade once it has been rolled to history, a paper grade change form must be submittedto the Registrar's Office. ** |
