Undergraduate applicants apply exclusively via the Common Application and submit official ACT/SAT scores, high school transcripts, and a $40 application fee.

Student Services

Undergraduate Advising - Students in the College of Health and Human Services are assigned academic advisers by major. Advisers are located throughout the Health and Human Services building.  If you have any questions about undergraduate advising, registration or graduation, call Student Services at 419.530.5366 or please email CHHSAdvising@utoledo.edu. Be sure to include your Rocket number, please.
