Criminal Post-Conviction Remedies Clinic

Students in the Criminal Post-Conviction Remedies Clinic (formerly the Criminal Appeals Clinic), under the supervision of a professor counsel of record, handle criminal appeals on behalf of persons convicted in Ohio state courts. The classroom component offers instruction on direct and post-conviction appeals. This clinic aims to provide students with practical experience and enhanced research, writing, analytical and interview skills.

The student must have completed the Criminal Law course before enrolling in the clinic.
