First-Year Curriculum

Toledo Law’s first-year curriculum provides a thorough grounding in the subjects that serve as the cornerstone for understanding our legal system – Contracts, Civil Procedure, Property, Legal Research & Writing, Criminal Law, Torts, and Constitutional Law.

Students must select either the full-time or part-time program for their first academic year, after which, they are free to move between divisions.
