College of Law

Housing

The University of Toledo is a suburban campus with numerous safe and affordable housing options. Toledo's neighborhoods include the Old West End, featuring one of the nation's largest preserved collections of Victorian homes and a thriving arts community. Old Orchard and Ottawa Hills offer suburban living within walking distance of campus. The Warehouse District features sleek, urban lofts closer to downtown courthouses and law firms.

Off-Campus Housing

Most Toledo Law students live in apartment communities within five miles of campus. One-bedroom apartments in the Toledo area generally rent for between $500-700 per month depending on the location and amenities. Review our off-campus housing list for local apartments that are popular with Toledo Law students. We also encourage you to research Toledo communities on rental sites like ForRent.com or Apartment Guide.

On-Campus Housing

On-campus housing is also an option. There is no designated law or graduate student dorm, so you would likely be housed with undergraduate students. Visit UToledo Residence Life to learn more about on-campus housing.
