Clinical Professor of Law
Maara Fink, who joined the University in 1999, is a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law (J.D.) and Clark University (B.A.). Professor Fink teaches in the College of Law Clinical Programs and is the Director of the College of Law Dispute Resolution Clinic.
Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution Program, Professor Fink worked as the Coordinator of Mediation Services for the Franklin County Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court in Columbus, Ohio.
Professor Fink currently serves as the President of the Ohio Mediation Association; Vice-President of the Toledo Women’s Bar Association; and Advisory Board Member of Planned Parenthood of Northwest Ohio.
Professor Fink is a frequent presenter on various topics in dispute resolution and is also active in many other professional and civic organizations including: Clinical Legal Education Association, American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
