Maara Fink, who joined the University in 1999, is a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law (J.D.) and Clark University (B.A.). Professor Fink teaches in the College of Law clinical programs and is director of the college's Dispute Resolution Clinic and Externship Programs.

Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution Program, Professor Fink worked as the coordinator of Mediation Services for the Franklin County Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court in Columbus, Ohio.

Professor Fink serves or has recently served on following boards and committees: Ohio Mediation Association Board, Ottawa Hills Local Schools Board of Education, University of Toledo Law Alumni Board, Adrian College Law Advisory Board, and the Notary and Grievance Committees of the Toledo Bar Association.

Professor Fink is a frequent presenter on various topics in dispute resolution and is also active in many other professional and civic organizations including: Clinical Legal Education Association, American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
