Wecan help you locate materials in our collections or at other libraries, use a variety of reference books, indexes, and databases, and can assist you in finding effective search strategies to streamline your research. We are here to help you, so please just ASK!

Tutoring and Writing Center

The Learning Enhancement Center provides free tutoring in the Lower Level of Carlson Library. You can get help with mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, computer programming and MS Office, accounting, economics, finance, foreign languages, and writing and study strategies on a drop-in basis. The Writing Center is located in the concourse of the library and provides free help for term/research papers and essays, resumes and application letters, professional publications, grants, dissertations, and theses.

Computer Labs

Located on the Lower Level of Carlson Library, room B-2, users can access the University’s information and computing resources by signing in with their UTAD account. The computers in the Lab can be used for word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc., in addition to other web applications. Printing in the Computer Labs is pre-paid up to the quota established for your UTAD account.
