Good question. The answer is NO. Through the University of Toledo Libraries, you have access to most college and university library collections throughout the state of Ohio within a 3-5 day period. You can also have access to all collection that are available through WorldCat (a world catalog available to libraries that subscribe). However, you won't request an item directly through a lending library, you will instead submit a request through Carlson Library's Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
