All library locations have photocopy machines. Photocopiers are located on each floor of the Carlson Library, usually near the elevators. The second floor has a room with multiple copiers near Room 2000.
Copies cost $0.10 per copy (8.5" x 11"). Copy machines can accept coins, and $1 or $5 bills, or copies can be made using your Rocket Dollar account on your Rocket ID Card. Money may be added to your Rocket Dollar account on the web from a credit card or in person at the Rocket Card Office 1610 Rocket Hall.
If you have money on an old copy card, you can transfer the money at the Rocket Card Office, 1610 Rocket Hall.
The University contracts with Lake Business Products to run the campus photocopying services. Lake Business Products employees are the only people authorized to service or repair photocopy machines in the Library.
The Mulford Library's photocopy room is located on the fifth floor of the Library in the southeast corner of the floor (room 502). In this room are photocopiers that use change, copy cards, and departmental copy codes.
Copies are 5 cents per page using a copy card and 10 center per page using change.
Personal copy cards. Personal copy cards are available for purchase from the vending machine in the photocopy room. The cards cost $1.00, and have 50 cents credit on them (the other 50 cents is to pay for the card). Additional money can be added to the card using the vending machine as well, with the full amount being added to the card. Copy cards can be used at any copier on the Health Science Campus that has a card reader. At this time, copy card from Main Campus do not work in the Health Science Campus copiers.Departmental copy codes. Departmental copy codes may be available for faculty and staff. Ask your departmental secretary or administrative assistant for more information. These codes can be used on the machines in the fifth floor copy room. If a code does not work on one copier, try another copier.
Mulford Library Access Services staff (419.383.4225) will scan articles and e-mail articles that are available in the library for faculty, residents, and staff upon request.
To report problems with any of the equipment in the photocopy room, stop by the service desk on the fourth floor of the Library. Make sure you have the tag number, which is posted prominently on the front of the machine. Problems with copy cards can also be reported at the desk.
